（一） Synthetic detergents
Synthetic detergent refers to a product that is chemically formulated with surfactants or other additives and has decontamination and cleaning effects.
1. Packaging requirements
Packaging materials can be plastic bags, glass bottles, hard plastic buckets, etc. The seal of plastic bags should be firm and neat; the lids of bottles and boxes should fit tightly with the main body and not leak. The printed logo should be clear and beautiful, without fading.

(2) Product type (suitable for washing powder, laundry paste, and body wash);
(3) Name and address of the production enterprise;
(4) Product standard number;
(5) Net content;
(6) The main ingredients of the product (suitable for washing powder), types of surfactants, builder enzymes, and suitability for hand washing and machine washing.
(7) Instructions for use;
(8) Production date and expiry date;
(9) Product usage (suitable for liquid detergent for clothing)
（二）Hygiene products
1. Logo inspection
(1) The packaging should be marked with: manufacturer name, address, product name, weight (toilet paper), quantity (sanitary napkins) specifications, production date, product standard number, health license number, and inspection certificate.
(2) All Grade E toilet paper should have a clear sign of "for toilet use".
2. Appearance inspection
(1) The crepe pattern of toilet paper should be uniform and fine. The paper surface is not allowed to have obvious dust, dead folds, incomplete damage, sand, crushing, hard lumps, grass trays and other paper defects, and no lint, powder or color fading is allowed.
(2) Sanitary napkins and pads should be clean and uniform, with the anti-seepage bottom layer intact, no damage, hard blocks, etc., soft to the touch, and reasonably structured; the seals on both sides should be firm; the adhesive strength of the back glue should meet the requirements.
Sampling for inspection of sensory, physical and chemical indicators and hygienic indicators. Corresponding samples are randomly selected according to the inspection items for inspection of various sensory, physical and chemical indicators and hygienic indicators.
For quality (capacity) index inspection, randomly select 10 unit samples and weigh the average value according to the corresponding product standard test method.
(2) Type inspection sampling
The routine inspection items in type inspection are based on the delivery inspection results, and sampling will not be repeated.
For unconventional inspection items of type inspection, 2 to 3 units of samples can be taken from any batch of products and inspected according to the methods specified in product standards.
（三）Household daily necessities
1. Logo inspection
Manufacturer's name, address, product name, instructions for use and maintenance instructions; production date, safe use period or expiration date; product specifications, grade ingredients, etc.; product standard number, inspection certificate.
2. Appearance inspection
Whether the workmanship is fine, whether the surface is smooth and clean; whether the size and structure of the product are reasonable; whether the product is strong, durable, safe and reliable.
