Key points for backpack inspection
1. Check if the attachment is missing
2. Check if the hand strap is sewn securely
3. Check the fabric for any damage or yarn pulling
4. Check if there is any color difference in the fabric
5. Check if the buckle/zipper is functioning properly
6. Check if the tubular decorative edge is too short
7. Check if the needle spacing of the suture is too tight/too loose
8. Check if the rolled edge stitching is neat
9. Check if the logo printing is good

Backpack testing
1. Zipper Fluent Test: During the test, pull the zipper by hand to see if it runs smoothly during the pulling process. Open the zipper and then pull it back and forth ten times to see if it can be opened and closed properly.
2. Snap reliability testing: During the testing, use your hand to retract the snap button to see if its functions are applicable.
3. 3M test: (coating adhesive test): During the test, use 3M tape to tear back and forth on the printed area ten times to see if the print falls off.
4. Size measurement: Based on the size provided by the customer, check whether the product's size data meets the customer's requirements.
5. Mold and odor testing: Check if the product has mold problems and smell if there is any irritating odor.
