Simply Introduction:
Inspection, also called notarial inspection or export inspection in international trade, is based on the requirements of the client or the buyer, and on behalf of the client or the buyer, to check the quality of the purchased goods and other related contents stated in the contract. The purpose of inspection is to check whether the goods meet the contents stated in the contract and other special requirements of the client or the buyer.
Inspection Service Type:
★ Initial Inspection: Randomly inspect the raw materials, semi-produced products and accessories.
★ During Inspection: Randomly inspect the finished products or semi-produced products on the production lines, check the defects or deviations ,and advise factory to repair or correct.
★ Pre-shipment Inspection: Randomly inspect the packed goods to check the quantity, workmanship, functions, colors, dimensions and packagings when goods 100% production finished and at least 80% packed into cartons; The sampling level will use insternational standards such as ISO2859/NF X06-022/ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001/DIN 40080, following the buyer's AQL standard as well.
★ Loading Supervising: After pre-shipment inspection, the inspector assists the manufacturer to check whether the loading goods and containers meets the required conditions and cleanliness in factory, warehouse, or during transporation process.
Factory Audit: The auditor，based on client’s requirements, audit factory on the working conditions, production capacity, facilities, manufacturing equipments and process, quality control system and empolyees, to find the problems which may cause potential quanlity issue and provide corresponding comments and improvement suggestions.
