Documents to be prepared before ISO22000 system audit1
1. Copy of legal and valid legal status certification documents (business license or other legal status certification documents, organizational code, etc.);

2. Legal and valid administrative license documents, copies of filing certificates (if applicable), such as licenses;

3. The operating time of the management system shall not be less than 3 months, and the current effective management system documents shall be provided;

4. List of applicable laws, regulations, standards, and specifications of China and the importing country (region) to be followed during the production, processing, or service process;

5. A description of the processes, products, and services involved in the system, or a description of the products, process flow diagrams, and processes;

6. Organizational chart and responsibility description;

7. Organizational layout plan, factory location plan, and floor plan;

8. Processing workshop floor plan;

9. Food hazard analysis, operational prerequisite plan, HACCP plan, and evaluation checklist;

10. Explanation of processing production lines, implementation of HACCP projects, and shifts;

11. Explanation of the use of food additives, including the name, dosage, applicable products, and limit standards of the additives used;

12. List of applicable laws, regulations, standards, and specifications of China and the importing country (region) to be followed during the production, processing, or service process;

13. When implementing enterprise standards for products, provide a copy of the product standard text stamped with the filing seal of the local government standardization administrative department;

14. List of main production and processing equipment and inspection equipment;

15. Explanation of entrusted processing (when there are important production processes that affect food safety outsourced, please attach a page to explain:

(1) Name, address, and number of outsourcing organizations;

(2) Specific outsourcing process;

(3) Has the outsourcing organization obtained food safety management system certification or HACCP certification? If so, provide a copy of the certificate; For those who have not passed certification, WSF will arrange on-site audits of the outsourced processing process;

16. Evidence that the product meets health and safety requirements; When applicable, provide evidence issued by a qualified inspection agency that water, ice, and steam in contact with food meet hygiene and safety requirements;

17. A self declaration of commitment to comply with relevant laws, regulations, certification agency requirements, and the authenticity of the materials provided.
