Clothing inspection process

   Take final inspection as an example.

1. Check the situation of large goods: Check whether the packing list is consistent with the order requirements, including small packaging, proportioning into boxes, quantity of large goods and other information. If there is any inconsistency, please note the inconsistency;

2. Carton drawing: According to the square root of the total number of boxes (for example, if there are 100 boxes of goods, we will draw 10 boxes, and all colors must be covered. If the size is not enough, additional boxes must be drawn);

3. Sampling: Sampling according to customer requirements or AQL II standards, randomly selected from all boxes; sampling needs to cover all colors and all sizes;

77

 Drop carton test: Drop it from a general height (24 inches to 30 inches), and drop it on three sides and six sides. After the drop, check whether the carton is cracked and whether the tape inside the box has burst;

 Check the shipping mark: Check the outer box shipping mark based on customer information, including order number, payment number, etc.;

Unpacking: Check whether the packing requirements, color, and size are correct according to the customer’s information. At this time, you must pay attention to the cylinder difference. In principle, cylinder differences are not allowed in one box;

88

 Look at the packaging: Check whether the plastic bag, copy paper and other accessories are as required, and whether the warnings on the plastic bag are correct. Check whether the folding method is as required.

Check the style and workmanship: When unpacking the bag, be sure to pay attention to whether the feel matches the feel of the sample clothes and whether there is any damp feeling; starting from the appearance, check the style, color, printing, embroidery, stains, threads, and cracks in order. Pay attention to the details of the sewing process, the height of the pockets, the straightness of the stitching, the smoothness of the button doors, and the smoothness of the collar, etc.;

99

 Check the auxiliary materials: Check the listing, price tag or sticker, washable mark and main mark according to the customer information;

Measure the size: According to the size chart, at least 5 pieces of each color and style must be measured. If you find that the size deviation is too large, you need to measure a few more pieces.

Do tests: Barcode, color fastness, splitting fastness, cylinder difference, etc. must be tested carefully. Each test is based on S2 standard (test 13 pieces or more). Also pay attention to see if the customer proposes to use professional equipment for testing.

100

Write an inspection report, upload and submit it after verification. Note: Feedback should be given on the inspection points that customers pay special attention to; major or uncertain issues discovered during the inspection should be carefully recorded.
