The dimensions are within the allowable tolerance range;

The stitching should be smooth, without wrinkles or wiring, the width should be consistent, and the     bottom stitching should be even;

Excellent workmanship, clean, no stubs, no pinholes, good appearance;

Buttons are sewn firmly and zippers are flat.

 Key points for shirt inspection

Visual inspection

Check whether there are rovings, running yarns, flying yarns, dark horizontal lines, white marks, damage, color difference, stains, etc.

Follow the size chart strictly. Including collar length, collar width, collar circumference, collar spread, bust circumference, sleeve opening (long sleeve), sleeve length (to sleeve edge), back length, etc.

Key points for shirt symmetry inspection:

The size of the collar tip and whether the collar bones are relative;
The width of the two arms and the two circles;
The length of both sleeves, the width of the cuffs, the distance between the sleeve pleats, the length of the sleeve forks, and the height of the cuff;
The height of both sides of the pole;
Pocket size, height;
The placket is long and short, and the left and right strips are symmetrical.

Workmanship inspection

Focus: workmanship

Multi-dimensional inspection and verification

Key points for workmanship inspection:

The lines in each part should be straight and tight, and there should be no floating threads, skipped threads, or broken threads. The splicing threads should not be too many and should not appear in conspicuous positions. The stitch length should not be too sparse or too dense, in accordance with the regulations;

The collar tip should be snug, the collar surface should not bulge, the collar tip should not be broken, and the mouth should be stopped without regurgitation. Pay attention to whether the bottom line of the collar is exposed, the seam should be neat, the collar surface should be tight and not curled up, and the bottom of the collar should not be exposed;

The placket should be straight and flat, the side seams should be straight, the elasticity should be appropriate, and the width should be consistent;

The inner stop of the open bag should be cut cleanly, the bag mouth should be straight, the bag corners should be rounded, and the seal should be consistent in size and firm;

The hem of the shirt should not be twisted or turned outward, the right-angled hem should be straight, and the round bottom hem should have the same angle;

The elasticity of the upper thread and bottom thread should be appropriate to avoid wrinkles (parts prone to wrinkles include collar edges, plackets, clip circles, sleeve bottoms, side bones, sleeve forks, etc.);

The upper collar and embedded clips should be arranged evenly to avoid too much space (the main parts are: collar nest, cuffs, clip rings, etc.);

The positioning of the button door should be accurate, the cut should be clean and hairless, the size should match the button, the button position should be accurate (especially the collar tip), and the button line should not be too loose or too long;

The thickness, length and position of the dates must meet the requirements;

Main parts such as strips and grids: the left and right panels are opposite to the placket, the bag piece is opposite to the shirt piece, the front and back panels are opposite, and the left and right collar tips, sleeve pieces, and sleeve forks are opposite;

The smooth and reverse rough surfaces of the whole piece are consistent.

Ironing inspection

Focus: Ironing

Check carefully for traces

1. All parts should be ironed and flat, without any yellowing, wrinkles, water stains, dirt, etc.;

2. Iron important parts: collar, sleeves, placket;

3. Threads must be completely removed;

4. Pay attention to the penetrating glue.

Material inspection

Focus: Materials

Firmness, location, etc.

Mark position and sewing effect;

Whether the listing is correct and whether there are any omissions;

Plastic bag texture and rustic effect;

All materials must be as directed on the bill of materials.

Packaging Inspection

Packaging method, etc.

The garments are folded neatly and smoothly, strictly following the packaging instructions.
