1. Appearance integrity inspection

(1) Check whether the surface of the electrical product is flat and has no obvious appearance defects such as dents, protrusions, scratches or damage.

(2) Check whether the product appearance is consistent with the design drawings and samples, including color, size, shape, etc.

(3) Check whether the product logo and label are clear and accurate, and there is no falling off or blur.

2. Electrical performance test

(1) Test the electrical parameters such as input voltage, current, power, etc. of the electrical product to ensure that they meet the design requirements.

(2) For electrical products with special requirements, it is necessary to test their special electrical performance, such as anti-interference and stability.

(3) Conduct electrical connection tests to ensure that the connection parts of the electrical product are stable and reliable, without looseness or poor contact.

3. Safety performance evaluation

(1) Evaluate the insulation performance of the electrical product to ensure that the insulation resistance of the product meets the requirements and avoid electric shock hazards.

(2) Test the leakage protection device of the product to ensure that it can cut off the power supply in time when leakage occurs.

(3) Conduct overheat protection test to verify whether the overheat protection function of the product is effective under abnormal conditions.

4. Energy efficiency standard determination

(1) Determine the energy efficiency level and energy efficiency index of electrical products in accordance with relevant energy efficiency standards.

(2) For electrical products with standby function, measure their standby power consumption to ensure that they meet energy-saving requirements.

5. Durability test verification

(1) Through long-term operation test, test the performance and reliability of electrical products and verify their durability.

(2) Simulate actual use scenarios and conduct environmental adaptability tests such as vibration and impact on electrical products.

6. Reliability index test

(1) Test reliability indicators such as failure rate and mean time between failures of electrical products.

(2) Predict the service life and reliability level of electrical products through methods such as accelerated life test.

7. Packaging compliance review

(1) Check whether the packaging materials of electrical products meet environmental protection requirements and whether there is any excessive harmful substances.

(2) Review the rationality and safety of packaging design to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation and storage.

(3) Check the packaging label and instructions to ensure that they are clear, accurate and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

8. Factory laboratory technical standards

(1) Ensure that the factory testing laboratory has the equipment and facilities required for electrical product inspection, and the equipment should be calibrated and maintained regularly.

(2) The factory testing laboratory should follow relevant national and international standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the inspection results.

(3) The factory should establish a sound quality management system, strictly control the inspection process, and ensure the objectivity and fairness of the inspection results.
