1.Kitchen paper towel size deviation inspection
The width deviation and pitch deviation of rolled kitchen paper towels and tray kitchen paper towels should not exceed ±5 mm; the size deviation of flat-cut kitchen paper towels and removable kitchen paper towels should not exceed ±5 mm, and the skewness should not exceed 3 mm.
2.Appearance quality of kitchen paper towels
The appearance quality is visually inspected.During the measurement, an entire roll (tray, package) of paper should be selected, and it should be completely opened for visual inspection.The paper surface of kitchen tissues should be clean, and there should be no obvious dead folds, mutilation, damage, sand, hard blocks, raw pulp and other paper diseases.
3.The net content (quality, length, quantity) of kitchen paper towels should meet the requirements.
Technical inspection requirements for kitchen paper towels
According to the requirements, check the quantification of kitchen paper towels, water absorption time, water absorption capacity, oil absorption capacity, transverse tensile strength, and longitudinal wet tensile strength.
