1. Customs Supervision Measures for Transit Goods Come into Implementation From November 1, 2022, the “People’s Republic of China Customs Supervision Measures for Transit Goods” (General Administration of Customs Order No. 260) formulated by the General Administration of Customs will come into effect. The measures stipulate that transit goods shall be subject to customs supervision from the time of entry to exit; transit goods shall be transported out of the country only after they have been verified and written off by the customs at the place of exit upon arrival at the place of exit.

8.
