TP TC 010 is the regulation of the Customs Union of the Russian Federation for machinery and equipment, also called TRCU 010. Resolution No. 823 of October 18, 2011 TP TC 010/2011 “Safety of machinery and equipment” Technical regulation of the Customs Union since February 15, 2013 effective. After passing the certification of the TP TC 010/2011 directive, the machinery and equipment can obtain the technical regulations certificate of the Customs Union, and paste the EAC logo. Products with this certificate can be sold to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
TP TC 010 is one of the regulations for CU-TR certification of the Russian Customs Union. According to the different risk levels of products, the certification forms can be divided into CU-TR certificate and CU-TR compliance statement.

For products that have passed the CU-TR declaration of conformity or CU-TR certification, the outer packaging needs to be marked with the EAC mark. The production rules are as follows:
1. According to the background color of the nameplate, choose whether the marking is black or white (as above);
2. The mark is composed of three letters “E”, “A” and “C”. The length and width of the three letters are the same, and the marked size of the letter combination is also the same (as follows);
3. The size of the label depends on the manufacturer’s specifications. The basic size is not less than 5mm. The size and color of the label are determined by the size of the nameplate and the color of the nameplate.
