Introduction to TP TC 011
TP TC 011 is the regulations of the Russian Federation for elevators and elevator safety components, also called TRCU 011, which is a mandatory certification for elevator products to be exported to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other customs union countries. October 18, 2011 Resolution No. 824 TP TC 011/2011 “Safety of elevators” The technical regulation of the Customs Union came into force on April 18, 2013. Elevators and safety components are certified by the TP TC 011/2011 directive to obtain the Customs Union Technical Regulations CU-TR Certificate of Conformity. After pasting the EAC logo, the products with this certificate can be sold to the Russian Federation Customs Union.
Safety components to which the TP TC 011 regulation applies: safety gears, speed limiters, buffers, door locks and safety hydraulics (explosion valves).

For light industrial products that have passed the CU-TR Declaration of Conformity or CU-TR Conformity Certification, the outer packaging needs to be marked with the EAC mark. The production rules are as follows:
1. According to the background color of the nameplate, choose whether the marking is black or white (as above);
2. The marking consists of three letters “E”, “A” and “C”. The length and width of the three letters are the same. The marked size of the monogram is also the same (below);
3. The size of the label depends on the manufacturer’s specifications. The basic size is not less than 5mm. The size and color of the label are determined by the size and color of the nameplate.
