TP TC 020 is a regulation for electromagnetic compatibility in the CU-TR certification of the Russian Federation Customs Union, also called TRCU 020. All related products exported to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other customs union countries need to pass the certification of this regulation, and Paste the EAC logo correctly.
According to the Resolution No. 879 of the Customs Union on December 9, 2011, it was determined to implement the technical regulation TR CU 020/2011 of the Customs Union of “Electromagnetic Compatibility of Technical Equipment”, which came into effect on February 15, 2013.
The TP TC 020 regulation defines the unified mandatory requirements for the electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment implemented by the customs union countries to ensure the free circulation of technology and equipment in the customs union countries. Regulation TP TC 020 specifies requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment, aimed at safeguarding the safety of life, health and property in the countries of the Customs Union, as well as preventing acts that mislead consumers of technical equipment.
Scope of application of TP TC 020
Regulation TP TC 020 applies to technical equipment circulating in the countries of the Customs Union capable of generating electromagnetic interference and/or affecting its performance due to external electromagnetic interference.
Regulation TP TC 020 does not apply to the following products
- technical equipment used as an integral part of technical equipment or not used independently;
- technical equipment not involving electromagnetic compatibility;
- technical equipment outside the list of products covered by this regulation.
Before the technical equipment can be circulated on the market of the countries of the Customs Union, it shall be certified according to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 020/2011 “Electromagnetic Compatibility of Technical Equipment”.

TP TC 020 certification process
Certificate certification process:
- The applicant provides the complete set of technical equipment information to the organization;
- The manufacturer ensures that the production process is stable and that the product meets the requirements of this technical regulation;
- The organization conducts sampling; – The organization identifies the technical equipment Performance;
- Conduct sample tests and analyze test reports;
- Conduct factory audits; – Confirm draft certificates; – Issue and register certificates;
Declaration of conformity certification process
– The applicant provides the complete set of technical equipment information to the organization; – The organization identifies and identifies the performance of the technical equipment; – The manufacturer conducts production monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; – Provide test reports or send samples to Russian authorized laboratories Test; – After passing the test, confirm the draft certificate; – Issue the registration certificate; – The applicant marks the EAC logo on the product.
